Astra Wealthcraft started with a simple observation: most financial advice in India is paid for by the products it sells. We wanted to build the alternative — a firm you pay directly, that answers only to you, and that also handles the unglamorous tax and compliance work every household and small business needs.

Abhishek Sambangi
Leads investment research, the planning methodology and the firm's technology. Over a decade across investing and engineering: family-office investing in Hyderabad since 2023, four years as an investment analyst with a Chennai investment firm, and earlier roles in financial services and engineering simulation. Alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Ranchi, with a corporate-finance exchange term at Audencia, France; CFA charterholder; has cleared the NISM Series X-A, X-B and XV examinations.
Co-founder · Tax & Compliance
Sunil Kumar Palika
Leads the tax and compliance practice — income-tax filings, GST, bookkeeping and business registrations — and looks after client relationships and the firm's operations. Has run finance and accounts for companies in Hyderabad and, earlier, in Tanzania, after training with a chartered accountancy firm. He completed the ICAI chartered accountancy qualification in 2022; his ICAI membership is not currently active and he does not practise as a Chartered Accountant.
